Auto Springs’ history is a story of continuous growth, diversification, and dedication to providing quality OEM parts to the automotive industry in Kenya. From humble beginnings in 1979 to becoming a certified and trusted manufacturer in 2023, our journey is a testament to our commitment to excellence.
1979 - The beginning of Auto Springs
Founding families start leaf springs
operations 20,000 sq. Ft factory
1983- “U” Bolts and Center bolts operations start 50,000 sq. Ft factory expansion
Auto Springs ventured into new territory by introducing "U" bolts and center bolts to their product range in 1983
1986- Wiring harness division added 76,000 sq. Ft factory expansion
In 1986, Auto Springs further expanded its horizons by introducing a wiring harness division.
1988- Additional engineering products added. (Shackles, Pins etc)
We also introduced additional engineering products, such as shackles and pins, our product portfolio to better serve the growing customer demand .
2016- Factory move from Athi River to Limuru commences 55,000 sq. Ft factory.
2018- Investment by ARVF and SFC Official opening of new factory by minister of trade.
2022- Development and Supply of Wiring Harnesses for Motorcycle
2023- IATF16949:2016 CERTIFICATION.
